Attunement. Regulation. Connection.

I'm Jill Caranese - an ADHD wife and mom to two human children (one who is AuDHD) and a fur baby. I have an M.A. in mental health with certifications in applied neurology, trauma informed, neuro-affirming care, and neurodiversity social justice.
I have been through caregiver burnout more than once. While the professionals in the room focused on my child's needs, no one thought to ask how I was doing. Even the doctors and therapists I paid to help me didn't truly understand what was going on — their recommendations were one-size-fits-all and didn't fit my life or my specific situation.
I've lived inside the gap between the advice and the reality and it is why I do this work.
Whether you're deep in burnout, feeling yourself heading there, or simply want to understand what's happening in your own nervous system — you don't have to figure this out alone.
I work with parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children who are:
Exhausted from years of advocating, researching, and holding everything together for their child while quietly falling apart themselves.
Frustrated by advice that doesn't account for the reality of their daily life.
Struggling to understand why they don't feel like themselves anymore — even on the good days.
Ready to have someone finally ask how they are doing — and actually mean it.
